Marriage Solemnization Returns
To ensure that all marriages solemnized in the churches submit Schedule IV returns to the respective District Registrar (DR) offices within the stipulated periods.

To protect independent churches in times of trouble by first providing scriptural guidelines, and representing them before government authorities or initiating legal proceedings during unjust crises.
